Eggless Orange Icecream

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #SpringSweetsWeek. I received product samples from sponsor companies to help in the creation of the #SpringSweetsWeek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

This is a dreamy, creamy ice cream perfect to relish and the flavors would remind you of your childhood favorite creamsicle. Bursting with tangy orange and sweet notes of slight vanilla, this simple and eggless ice cream is so easy to make and is a great dessert to entertain any crowd.

I received samples from Melissa's Produce and Taylor and Colledge. Melissa’s Produce oranges are fresh and juicy, sweet and aromatic, with tons of flavor. Taylor and Colledge extract pastes give the perfect flavor to baked goods and it is always my go-to choice to use for any recipe. Check here for delicious recipes using almond extract paste, vanilla extract paste, Lemon extract paste, and Lavender extract paste. If you haven’t tried these, do try now and do not miss out on the flavors.

This icecream stands out from any other dessert because:

  • It is made with simple ingredients
  • The perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors
  • Satisfies the spring-summer cold cravings
  • Perfect pool party snacks for birthdays
  • Best of all brings back nostalgic memories of spending a dollar on ice cream during the summer at trucks
  • This ice cream is worth all the effort (though not much:-), That’s the best!

This recipe is so simple and doesn’t involve any cooking at all. Kids can easily follow the recipe and make it too. My kids love this so much and make it often by themselves. That made us get the soft serve ice cream maker, which gives the best experience and best memories of our life. This ice cream can be made in any ice cream churner.

This simple and ultimate frozen dessert requires the following simple ingredients

Melissa’s Produce Orange - Fresh squeezed orange juice and zest are used in this recipe.

Taylor & College Vanilla extract paste - Gives the perfect vanilla hint

Sugar - Sweetens the icecream

Heavy cream - For the dreamy creamy ice cream

That’s it! Only four ingredients. It doesn’t have any artificial coloring. If you prefer, add a tiny quantity of orange gel color.

If you think of oranges as a snack alone, then you might want to change that opinion. They are great in appetizers, and dips, add flavor as a marinade to main courses, great in cookies, bread, and in many desserts. Matcha Orange Loaf and Cranberry Almond Orange Muffins make great breakfast bread while I love to make this Orange Vinaigrette for a quick salad that can be a lunch or a side. Chocolate and orange are a heavenly combination and these Vanilla Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies and Double Chocolate Orange Buckwheat Cookies are worth it! They make the tastiest snack. Plus, the juice/fruit is great in smoothies too.
