To make this delicious and healthy smoothie the following ingredients are required:
Melon - Fresh watermelon is one the best thirst quencher and is used in this recipe.
Dragonfruit - frozen pink pitaya is used in this recipe. Fresh fruit can also be used.
Berries - Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are the berries used in this recipe. They add to the color, flavor, and creamy texture. Fresh berries are used in this recipe. Frozen ones can also be used.
Mangoes - Fresh mangoes add to the sweetness of the smoothie.
No Sweetener
This smoothie doesn’t have any sweetener at all. The fruits are the natural sweeteners. The sweetness was perfect for us. If an even sweet version is preferred, and your choice of sweetener.
Is this recipe vegan?
This smoothie is also vegan. There is no milk or honey used in this recipe. Maple syrup or vegan friendly sugar can be used if a sweetener is preferred.

Basically, summer is the season of icy sweet refreshers and anything that combines healthy and low-effort. Smoothies and smoothie bowls are a preferred way to have nutritious, no-cook meals that also provide a means to thirst quench. Mango Melon Mint Cooler, Mango Pear Ginger and Carrot Smoothie, Cocoa Chia Coconut Smoothie, Guava Pineapple and Passionfruit Smoothie are delicious vegan smoothies to nourish all through the summer. Yogurt based smoothies, Mango Lassi, Guava Lassi, Peach Lassi, and Very Berry Lassi are filling and scrumptious smoothies that are our favorites.
Ingredients
Watermelon - 1 cup, cubed
Dragon fruit cubes - 12 oz., frozen
Mangoes - ½ cup, peeled and cubed
Strawberries - 5 to 6
Blueberries - ¼ cup
Raspberries - 10
For Garnishing (optional)
Mango cubes
Mint
Method
Add everything to the blender, and blend until smooth.
Transfer to serving glasses. Top with a tablespoon of finley chopped mangoes. Garnish with mint and serve.
