This is the best peppermint dessert! There is layers of peppermint flavor and tons of addictive goodies. This can be called as peppermint monster drink. The various textures in this dessert make this a very special one. IIt can be guaranteed that anyone will enjoy this dessert with the perfect amount of peppermint flavor. This great to have as such but good to share too!
This is easy to prepare. All you need:
Peppermint candies - candy canes, star light peppermint candies, Andes peppermint crunch, and Hershey's pepperming kisses are chopped and used in this recipe. If you can't find all of the use peppermint candy canes and some white chocolate.
Peppermint syrup - I used Torani peppermint syrup. If you do not have, just simmer a couple of peppermint candies in water until dissolved. This will give beautiful color to the milk as well as falooda immediately.
Peppermint Icecream - Do not substitute any other icecream. Peppermint icecream is the star here!
Milk - Whole milk gives best results.
Tukmaria/basil seeds - These are tiny seeds like chia seeds. These seeds can be purchased in Indian groceries. Else substitute with chia seeds.
Toasted cashews - Nuts add beautiful crunch. Substitute with your favorite nuts too.
Falooda sev - these are thin corn vermicelli. If not available, use very fine vermicelli.
Tutty fruity - these are candied papaya.
Again there is no right or wrong way in assembling. This versatile dessert is highly customizable. Set it up with ingredients and the guests can layer as per wish and enjoy this delicious dessert!
To make it even more a big monster drink, crumble these Eggless Triple Peppermint Cookies a little on layers, or top with a slice of this Eggless Peppermint Cake in addition to Peppermint Icecream! A little bit of Peppermint Cheesecake Dip can be drizzled on top too! All of these additions may make it huge, but addictive, and shareable too! They are great as such like in this recipe too! But can be easily made a huge monster dessert drink!
