Paneer Tikka Poutine

This lip-smacking take on the Canadian Poutine is addictive! This is the ultimate! The experience is quite unique! With crispy fries and paneer tikka pieces topped with a lip smacking creamy gravy! Yum! To make it even more delicious, sprinkle a little mozzarella for extraordinary flavor trip to heaven! This is easy to make and there is make ahead options making this a great choice for tailgating ot homegating! This is a perfect gameday food!

Poutine is a Canadian dish of french fries and cheese curds topped with a brown gravy. My take on the poutine is by using paneer tikka pieces replacing the cheese curds and a creamy psicy paneer tikka gravy instead of brown gravy. Sounds amazing! You bet!

Like I said, there are components that can be made ahead and can be assembled on the day of entertaining. The gravy can be made ahead. The paneer tikka pieces can be marinated for 0 minutes to a day in fridge. Just before assembling broil the paneer tikka and reheat the frozen fries. Yes, this recipes uses frozen fries to make life simpler and entertaining easier. It could be made fresh too and Idaho potatoes are the best ones for making the perfect fries.

The entire platter can be assembled and the guests can dig in or everything can be arranged as a bar and the guests can top as per their wish. With crispy fries on the outside and soft interior, lip-smacking creamy gravy and paneer and veggie chunks, this is one to die for! Yummy

Now, with the games close, you'll need fun recipes that are easy to make and should feed a crowd. While hamegating, I prefer to use lot of fun recipes with a traditional touch that's really satisfying and lip-smacking tasty! This Indian version of poutine with paneer tikka easily feeds a crowd and will be devoured. This is my entry to #seasonsbestchallenge by Melissa's. Click here for more info. Like this poutine, this Stuffed Mini Peppers would be a great hit!

It's the last week of January already, and this is the fourth week of our Blogging Marathon this month. I have chosen the theme of pick one ingredient and use it three ways. This theme is always fun as there are innumerable ways to use an ingredient. My chosen ingredient is the all time and everyone's favortite! Did you guess it right? Yes! It is the famous POTATO! For the first recipe share, this is a fusion recipe and a crowd pleaser. This paneer tikka poutin using frozen potato fries is my first share! YUM!

Potatoes are versatile and can b used to make starters to even dessert. This amazing potato makes a delicious pizza like thid purple potato pizza or Baked Potato Ragada Chaat! This Aloo, Channa, Paneer Pie is drool worthy! Potato, Cauliflower, and Peas Soup is very comforting for cold winter nights. Baby Aloo Pulao can be a great meal and Baby Aloo Kurma would be a great side for rice or flatbreads.

Update: Feb 2, 2022, This was featured on What's For Dinner! Thanks, Helen!
