Masala Oats

Oats are my favorite grain. And for many days I would try to have oats as my choice. Particularly, this masala oats is my family favorite. Not everyday, I would prefer trio have a sweet version of oatmeal. This recipe is my go to breakfast, brunch or sometimes dinner. Sometimes, for dinner I make this when I crave for a hot savory bowl of comfort. This can be made in under 30 minutes. Serve with a bowl of yogurt, if preferred.

Jolene Martinelli of  Jolene’s Recipe Journal and the Festive Foodies Group are hosting the event #NationalOatmealMonth as January is National Oatmeal Month, and this recipe of mine is linked to that! Thanks, Jolene!
