Cracker Pizza

This is a super easy snack or finger food that the kids would love to have. Not only kids, adults too. This is ready in a jiffy with minimal ingredients - crackers, pizza sauce, and shredded cheese, only three ingredients. These are great as after school snack. Also, best for kids parties or play dates.

Who doesn't love pizza? This cracker pizza made using salt crackers (I used Ritz crackers) are healthy than sugar loaded ones. Veggies in small pieces are optional. Any crackers can be used. There are many flavored crackers and play around with those as per your taste palette.

These cracker pizzas are great for themed kids parties. Keep it as plain or top with some veggies as per theme. When topped with olives - just one or two slices are perfect as Minion cracker pizza and with just one piece of olive would look like Mike Wazovski of Monsters Inc. - perfect for Monster themed party. Or for a Halloween monster or as eyeball cracker pizza. All you need to do is add the sauce and cheese on top of cracker and just pop in the oven and broil till cheese melts! For best flavor, serve these immediately.

This ideal and satisfying finger food will be loved by kids of any ages and is a great finger food, and is a snacky meal too. I am linking this to Blogging Marathon for the theme "Finger Foods".
