Baked Apples

Holidays are marked with baking and cooking delicious food and having desserts. And of course what us a celebration without apples. I love apples. We love apple pie. The filling is even more enjoyed with anything and everything. I would love to enjoy that filling with any apples. Doesn't matter what kind of apple that I have at that moment on hand! Sometimes would just stir-fry for a quick version. Sky is the limit!

When I saw the mail from Melissa's Produce about the Green Dragon apple dessert, we were hooked on to it. For apple lovers, it is a must. We enjoyed every bit of what we made. We added a little bit of caramel too! The apples were tasty and we just added a teeny tiny bit of extra butter and brown sugar. Our recipe was close to Melissa's. We have to make at least 2 and share in blog or social media and the other recipes would just add points for the giveaway. Whether we win the give away or not, everyone who enjoyed baking all the recipes and enjoyed with family is surely winners! I am enjoying my baked apples while writing this post. Yeah! need to enjoy my share of happiness!
