A simple and delicious cake that warms you up right from the inside is the best for this cold season, and gingerbread flavors are the perfect ones to bake. The molasses flavored cream swirl inside the cake gives a heavenly bite and makes the cake slice look very special when you serve.

This month I am hosting an event in our #bundtBakers group with the theme “Twisted Gingerbread Bundts”. The same gingerbread flavored cake may be boring every time or every year when you make it, though it is delicious. Adding an extra zing will always make it more interesting and as always there are a million ways to do that. #BundtBakers is a group of Bundt loving bakers who get together once a month to bake Bundts with a common ingredient or theme. You can see all of our lovely Bundts by following our Pinterest board. We take turns hosting each month and choosing the theme/ingredient. Updated links for all of our past events and more information about BundtBakers can be found on our home pageCheck the links at the bottom of the page if you want creative ideas to bake a delicious gingerbread cake with a flavor twist.

Gingerbread doesn’t mean that you have to have it in cookie form. The warm gingerbread spices are perfect to make delicious breakfasts that would brighten up your day. This holiday try these gingerbread flavors for your breakfast.
