This recipe uses vegan marshamllows and freeze dried strawberries along with condensed milk, butter, and white chocolate. This is an amazing fudge perfect to have for Valentine's Day! This soft fudge will melt your heart! This is good for any day too.

This fudge is colored with natural strawberries. So it will have a little blush color than pinkish color. If needed add a few drops of pink food color. The fudge will stay fresh for about a week to 10 days when stored in a cool, dry place. So, this fudge is an ideal candidate to make ahead when your are busy.

These soft fudge can be shaped after it sets a little. After transfering to the tray, let it rest for 30 minutes. Slice into squares or shape them with any mold. Then, let them firm up, the fudge will set into soft bite texture, melting in your mouth.
